We’re talking a solid-brick double-story home that has it all: multiple living areas, luxurious fixtures and fittings, flawless design, established gardens and a resort-esque swimming pool and outdoor area.

In short, we knew this home would gain a lot of interest. It was our job to out it in front of as many potential buyers as possible, so the market could give us the right price – a price that the owners are happy with it. 

Our strategy in doing this involved targeting interstate and overseas buyers as much as possible. Crucially for interstate and overseas buyers, we got a 3D floor plan created, as well as a 3D virtual tour. This allowed out-of-area viewers to do a virtual walkthrough of the home, getting a feel for the layout, the fixtures and fittings and the space on offer.

It was a tense and competitive atmosphere when auction day rolled around, with the eight bidders going into a heated race to the finish. The reserve was passed relatively early in the bidding, with the bids coming thick and fast. 

Eventually, the property had a new and very excited owner. The final price was $1,915,000, which meant our ecstatic vendors can seamlessly move onto the next stage in their life.
