The holiday season is upon us, and we’re looking back and reflecting on a busy and rewarding year. It’s been a rollercoaster for many, as we dealt with what was hopefully the last kicks of lockdown and started moving back towards some semblance of normality.
We’ve had a great year here at The Henry Wong Team®. We’ve kicked some major goals and grown from strength to strength, despite what could be seen as a very tricky year in real estate.

We Moved to RE/MAX Revolution
After two years with Harcourts Beyond, they closed their office and moved in a different direction. It was an easy decision for us when it came to deciding what to do. The Henry Wong Team® would return to RE/MAX, where Henry’s real estate career began over a decade ago.
RE/MAX Revolution were an ideal fit for us, as they’re a progressive, successful and ambitious agency servicing the southside of Brisbane. We’re really grateful to Eiles and Brittany Hunt for welcoming us onto their sales team with such open arms. We feel we’ve landed in the right place and can’t wait to grow further with this wonderful team.

Successful Off Market Sales Continued
Due to our large database and referral network we manage to sell many of our properties before listing them to the open market. This is a trend that has continued at RE/MAX Revolutions, and we’ve helped many vendors move onto the next stage of their lives without taking their property to market. That’s the power of building a large following and network.

Continued Auction Success
Lockdowns were a tricky time to sell real estate, but we kept things ticking over due to our virtual auctions. This success translated into in-person auctions once we were able to start them up again. We’ve consistently sold properties at auction above the reserve set by the vendor, and our clearance rate is far higher than any of the averages.
We have many examples of successful auctions this year. This auction in Capalaba shows we can sell properties anywhere, not just on the southside of Brisbane. How? It’s down to our large network and our ability to attract out-of-area buyers.
Henry Wong Team® in the Media
The real estate section of leading local newspapers is a powerful means of spreading the word about a listing. Due to our contacts in institutions like The Courier Mail we have been able to get valuable column space for listings in the media.
