This is a stunning lowset home in a sought-after area, already rented out for $600 per week. Sitting on a corner block of 802-square-metres, it was always going to be a property that had buyers interested.
It was our job to find them!
We only had a 20-day marketing campaign, so we put our auction strategy into place. What this campaign taught us is that our approach to marketing works no matter the suburb. We also lean on our large social media following to drum up interest in a property going to auction. Whereas most agents rely on the main real estate portals (like realestate.com.au and domain.com.au) only when they’re selling a home, we can achieve exponential coverage through our Facebook (12,000 followers), Instagram (4,000 followers) and LinkedIn (1,000 connections) platforms. We also have 35 buyer’s agents that we deal with on a regular basis.
