How does her approach translate into other industries though? Can we become irreplaceable as real estate agents by being different? Absolutely we can. We leverage this ability, while also focusing on marketing a location while marketing the property itself. People who can’t physically inspect a home and don’t know the suburb want to know about the features of the area. We’re big on highlighting the positive aspects of a suburb, we find it helps us convert the out of area browsers we attract into actual buyers.

Having a large and engaged social media following also helps us put our properties in front of more buyers, both out of area and local. We have 12,000 Facebook followers liking, sharing and engaging with our posts, not to mention a large Instagram and LinkedIn following. Reach like this gives any home we list exponential coverage that isn’t geographically bound.

What do you love about your neighbourhood? What are the unique features that have made you live here for so long? We collect the answers to these questions and form a story to market your home with. It’s incredibly effective.
