That’s a lot of space for families of all sizes, and given the fact that the home sits in Brisbane’s favourite catchment zone (Mansfield State High School, Wishart State School, Mansfield State School) we knew it would most likely be a family purchasing this home.

The end result? The home sold for $1,790,000… a record for this pocket of Wishart! And it sold to bidder number 8, which is interesting because the buyer, the seller and Henry all have the number 8 as their lucky number. Each one even has it on the number plate of their car!
