310 Ham Road in Wishart was sold by The Henry Wong Team® prior to auction back in April/May. It’s a magnificent property, the rarest of suburban opportunities with over 3000-square-metres of near-flat land on offer in one of Brisbane’s favourite school catchment zones.
It was always going to attract a lot of attention, but no one foresaw it breaking price records in quite the way it did. It sold even before making it to auction, achieving a suburb record of $4,120,000. Never before has a price like that been seen before in Wishart.

In this article they write about how the sale smashed the suburb residential sales record by nearly $2-million, coming to the market for the first time since it was built.
